About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Lethbridge Chicken Foods Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Food Preparation: Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders and advise on menu selections to provide a personalized experience.
  • Supply Receiving and Storage: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain inventory levels.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and focus throughout your shift.
Personal Qualities and Suitability

  • Language: Communicate effectively in English to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hours and Work Term: Work 32 hours per week in a permanent role.
