Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on data analysis, experimentation, and supporting performance marketing channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and derive insights to enhance performance across web and marketing channels
- Design and implement high-velocity experiments to test new growth strategies, unlock new acquisition channels, and optimize existing ones
- Support external resources and manage budgets while relentlessly optimizing our paid acquisition efforts
- Drive strategy of key growth marketing initiatives, prioritize and manage projects and budgets at scale
- Strategize and support Conversion Rate Optimization efforts to increase conversion rates across the customer journey
- 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing in a DTC field with proven results in data analysis and experimentation
- Proficiency in data analysis, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills; able to ask the right questions and make recommendations
- Experience in designing and implementing marketing experiments; basic understanding of statistics and what makes an experiment statistically significant
