The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our Account Executive & Personal Insurance Advisor with administrative client work, including preparation of information for the Marketing Department and/or Prospect/Client, certificate preparation, renewal preparation, and fielding client queries by email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with administrative client work, including preparation of information for the Marketing Department and/or Prospect/Client.
  • Prepare certificates and renewals.
  • Field client queries by email and phone.

  • Level 1 General Insurance License or interest in obtaining is required. A Level 2 General Insurance License is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
