We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at 11718355 CANADA INC. as a key member of our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the effective implementation of business strategies and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring the organization's financial stability and sustainability.
- Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in operations management, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
