Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.

Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our operations are running efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Dairy Queen, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

30-40 hours per week.
