Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
