- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance
- Manage all organizational accounts and investments.
- Enhance financial asset returns and guide fiscal decisions by developing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Formulate budgets by setting timelines; gathering, analyzing, and consolidating financial information, and providing recommendations.
- Regularly review financial plans and budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Thoroughly examine financial reports and data to identify discrepancies.
- Deliver insights on financial status by collecting, interpreting, and presenting financial data.
- Generate monthly and annual reports to highlight results, trends, and financial forecasts.
- Oversee cash flow by monitoring transactions and reviewing internal reports consistently.
- Supervise financial department personnel, including payroll and benefits specialists, accountants, and accounts receivable/payable coordinators.
- Inspire and guide team members by clarifying roles and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Recommend enhancements and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
- Ensure accurate recording, filing, and reporting of all financial transactions.
- Collaborate with external auditors to guarantee compliance with all regulations.
- Assist with bank reconciliations as necessary.
- Coordinate with banks, accountants, and external agencies as required.
- Establish systems to minimize errors in data collection and calculations.
- Report financial information to the President in a timely and accurate manner.
- Engage in special projects and tasks as needed.
