About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at ABC Hay Farms and Stables Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our farm, ensuring the efficient and safe management of our crops and livestock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plan and implement crop growth and development strategies, considering factors such as water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Animal Care: Diagnose and address livestock health issues, ensuring the well-being of our animals.
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial and production records, providing valuable insights into our farm's performance.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
