Farm Supervisor Job Description

JB AND SONS FARM LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Implement and maintain bio-security procedures to protect our farm and livestock from disease and pests.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control and production records to optimize crop yields and livestock health.
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs to ensure the health and well-being of our animals.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal crop yields and quality.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
