Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Quotations Specialist to join our team. As a Quotations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing and presenting quotations to customers for various products and/or projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize quotation requests from customers and communicate with vendors to request pricing for required products.
- Update records for each project quoted and maintain a calendar of projects to be quoted for communication to sales reps and vendors.
- Prepare bids on projects and manage contracts entered into by the Company.
- Participate in customer meetings and/or supplier meetings as required.
- High School Diploma required; University/College Diploma an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Up to 3 years related experience; product knowledge or industry experience preferred.
