SIRIUS AUTO PARTS CORP. is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for consulting with suppliers, reviewing quotations, and monitoring the progress of delivery schedules. You will also be responsible for providing customer service, conducting internal audits, and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms
  • Review quotations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor the progress of delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
