At TRUELINE CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD., we are looking for a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units. The ideal candidate should have experience in estimating materials, tools, and equipment required for projects and be able to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages.

The Masonry Specialist will be required to cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools. Instructing apprentices and supervising other workers are also essential responsibilities of the job. The successful candidate should be physically demanding, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

The Masonry Specialist will be required to work in various settings, including commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have accurate, client-focused, reliable, and team-player skills. The successful candidate will work on projects that require laying bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of safety equipment and gear, including steel-toed safety boots, hard hats, and gloves.

The Masonry Specialist will be required to estimate materials, tools, and equipment necessary for projects and prepare tenders and quotations. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. The Masonry Specialist will be responsible for building patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of financial benefits, including work terms, languages, and hours.
