Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Pho Hoa Restaurant. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational development strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
