Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as schedule and confirm appointments.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, and manage contracts.
- Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
