Position Overview:
The Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto is seeking a qualified radiologist specializing in Thoracic Imaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading institution in the field of medical imaging.

Institutional Background:
As a fully affiliated hospital of the University of Toronto, our facility boasts a team of over 50 subspecialty radiologists. We are renowned for our comprehensive cancer care and advanced cardiac services, making us a pivotal center for trauma and emergency care.

Clinical Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will engage in a variety of thoracic imaging modalities, including but not limited to chest X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs. Responsibilities will also include:
1. Leading multidisciplinary tumor board discussions.
2. Conducting educational rounds for residents and fellows.
3. Participating in an on-call rotation.

Teaching and Mentorship:
This position involves teaching medical students, radiology residents, and cardiothoracic fellows. The candidate will play a crucial role in our residency and fellowship programs, contributing to the development of future medical professionals.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An MD or equivalent degree.
- Fellowship in Diagnostic Imaging from a recognized institution.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Ontario.
- A minimum of one year of post-residency fellowship training in thoracic imaging or cardiothoracic imaging.
