About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the transaction development/procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in complex third-party transactions as a client or bidder
  • Manage transaction development/procurement process from early economics analysis through to financial close
  • Determine the scope and objectives of the transaction, offering commercialized solutions to meet business requirements
  • Coordinate internal subject matter experts' groups to ensure transaction progress
  • Lead multi-workstream evaluation and review developers' submitted proposals
  • Prepare transaction approval documents at each stage of the transaction and manage required functional review and approvals
  • Support pre-feasibility and feasibility studies to establish technical, financial, and marketing viability of new initiatives
  • Work with internal organizations and external investors to promote new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or its equivalent
  • 12 years of relevant experience in business development
  • Proficient in oral and written English

  • Monthly overbase of 25% of monthly base salary
  • Benefits supplement of 20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years, 30% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years
