About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various markets and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Develop and present business cases to senior management
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop business plans and financial models
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
