Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sunset Grill. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and provide customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
