Sales Advisor

At Cogeco, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Inside Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by providing top-notch sales and customer service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and sales opportunities for Business Solutions products, offering customized solutions and options while meeting and/or exceeding departmental quality and sales targets.
- Promote and upsell products and services with each customer contact, scheduling and inputting order requests.
- Highlight the features and benefits of our HSI, Telephony, CATV, and Professional Services products, confidently handling competitive issues and encouraging customers to choose Cogeco as their exclusive service provider.
- Make all required efforts to retain customers expressing their intent to cancel their subscription or downgrade their services.
- Accurately input customer data using prescribed applications and processes for all customers' add, move, and change requests.
- Assist with other departmental requests as needed and perform special projects assigned.
- Make outbound calls to solicit new sales, renew contracts, upsell to existing customers, and follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Maximize leads provided through various channels (peer to peer, website, etc.) to achieve sales results and assigned targets.
- Support Cogeco's ultimate goal of providing excellent service to current and potential customers by being constantly attentive and responsive to both external and internal customers' needs and assisting in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- College Diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
- 3 years of previous experience in a sales-focused call center environment - B2B preferred.
- Proven customer service skills, superior first call resolution skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cogeco processes and internal procedures.
