Job Title: Inside Sales Advisor

At Cogeco, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Inside Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions for Business Solutions products, ensuring quality and sales targets are met.
  • Promote and upsell products and services, scheduling and processing order requests.
  • Highlight the features and benefits of our HSI, Telephony, CATV, and Professional Services products, addressing competitive issues and encouraging customers to choose Cogeco as their exclusive service provider.
  • Make every effort to retain customers who express intent to cancel or downgrade services.
  • Accurately input customer data using prescribed applications and processes for add, move, and change requests.
  • Assist with departmental requests and perform special projects as assigned.
  • Make outbound calls to solicit new sales, renew contracts, upsell to existing customers, and follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
  • Maximize leads from various channels to achieve sales results and assigned targets.
  • Provide excellent service to current and potential customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
  • 3 years of experience in a sales-focused call center environment, with B2B experience preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills, superior first call resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Cogeco processes and internal procedures.
  • Performance at a high standard, consistently meeting all KPI expectations.
Competencies:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with bilingualism (E/F) an asset.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a winning customer service attitude and professional phone and digital communication etiquette.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and resolve problems independently.
  • Open to change with a learning attitude towards work and contributing to teams.
