Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
- Maximize sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed departmental quality and sales targets.
- College diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in a sales-focused call center environment, preferably B2B.
- Proven customer service skills and superior first call resolution skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cogeco processes and internal procedures.
- Performance at a high standard and consistently meets all KPI expectations.
