Job Title: Delivery Professional

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Professional to join our team at JS Delivery Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Pick Up: Safely transport and deliver messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Vehicle Operations: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Load and Unload: Load and unload goods, handling items with care and attention to detail.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Security Clearance: Obtain a criminal record check, driving record check (abstract), and basic security clearance.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling items up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and wearing steel-toed safety boots.

  • Client Focus: Demonstrate a strong client focus, ensuring efficient interpersonal skills and organized work habits.
  • Judgement and Reliability: Exhibit sound judgement and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Work Environment:
  • Work Schedule: Work 35 to 40 hours per week, with parking available on site.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
