Your Role: As the Power Delivery Sector Executive, you will be pivotal in driving growth and opportunity development within North America's Power Delivery Sector. Collaborating with various leaders across the organization, you will identify and cultivate project opportunities while formulating effective strategies based on a thorough understanding of client needs and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive business plan for the Power Delivery sector, focusing on key clients, revenue goals, and marketing strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and nurture relationships with significant clients in the electric power industry, ensuring sustained growth through effective account management.
  • Market Insight: Analyze market trends and service offerings to forecast demand and guide the development of new solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional business centers and project teams to achieve operational performance metrics and drive sector revenue.
  • Business Development: Lead strategic proposal development and marketing initiatives to enhance sector visibility and client engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support a team of professionals dedicated to advancing our Energy business and enhancing Power H2's market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in engineering design and construction services within the Power Delivery sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution; Professional Engineer license preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a robust network within the industry.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
