About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned information security leader to join our team at People Corporation. As Vice President, Enterprise Information Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security program that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide information security strategy that addresses confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, assets, and data.
  • Lead the establishment of information security governance structures, including the information security steering committee.
  • Collaborate with business units to facilitate information security risk assessments and risk management processes.
  • Develop and enhance information security management frameworks to reduce and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Liaise with external agencies, such as law enforcement and advisory bodies, to stay informed about emerging threats and best practices.
  • Lead and motivate the information security team to achieve tactical and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years' experience in information security, with a strong background in technology and risk management.
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior management role, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of security professionals.
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
  • Strong leadership, engagement, and ownership skills, with the ability to function in a high-pressure environment.
  • Resilience, strategy, and program planning skills, with the ability to drive business and cyber risk strategy alignment.
  • Ability to effectively use data to build, deliver, and translate meaningful messages for senior leaders.
  • A high level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and demonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to high standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
