At Go REcruitment, we're on a mission to make the world a better place through sustainable food production. We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for researching Canadian, US, and European government funding programs available for for-profit organizations and application information to assess company alignment with specific funding opportunities. You will also liaise with external funding organizations to identify opportunities for funding for-profit projects and confirm financial and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and analyze government funding programs to identify opportunities for our company.
  2. Liaise with external funding organizations to confirm financial and reporting requirements.
  3. Analyze and interpret grant/fund requirements to develop a clear and focused strategy.
  4. Drive the internal teams' development and completion of grant applications.
  5. Write strategic, concise, accurate content for grant/fund responses.
  6. Own the proposal production process, including gaining internal approvals and finalizing deliverables.
  7. Continue to drive the relationship with the funding organization once the grant is secured.
  8. Ownership of all grant reporting during the project.
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a degree in Business, Agriculture, or a relevant discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in researching grant opportunities, developing proposals, and writing successful grant applications. You should also have a strong understanding of accounting and finance practices, excellent business writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
