Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

ARNEJA ENTERPROSE INC is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Train Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have sufficient stock.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain a high level of physical fitness.
