Job Title: New Grad Team Supervisor

About the Role:

PepsiCo Foods Canada is seeking a highly motivated and organized New Grad Team Supervisor to join our team in Kentville, NS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing daily work direction to frontline associates, utilizing technical systems for reporting and analytics, and leading daily performance meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily work direction to frontline associates
  • Utilize technical systems for reporting and analytics
  • Lead daily performance meetings
  • Conduct performance coaching, provide individual feedback, and issue corrective action
  • Make daily decisions impacting the business
  • Handle all team performance and personnel issues
  • Manage time and payroll systems

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent background preferred
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in coaching and monitoring performance of others
  • Able to instruct and teach others
  • Skills in organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of general regulatory and safety processes and procedures
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude
