Perioperative Nurse

We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team in the Operating Room department at GR Baker Memorial Hospital.
Job Summary:The perioperative nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and nursing practice activities within the framework of quality management in accordance with the Northern Health mission statement.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and plan patient care in the perioperative setting
- Implement and evaluate nursing practice activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
- Experience in the perioperative setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
