Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
- Production Management: Oversee the production process, ensuring that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise a team of bakers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all baked goods meet our standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
