Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR activities, managing employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR activities to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage employee records, including personnel files, benefits, and performance evaluations
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
