Job Title: Project Manager Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Estimator to join our team at Soconex Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, planning, and controlling project activities to deliver projects to clients according to contractual requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage project activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Estimate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and estimation.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Bilingual in speaking and writing (English and French).
