Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Discipline Lead, recognized as a senior technical authority overseeing the Mechanical Discipline on various projects, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and biogas systems.
  • Engage in design, internal coordination, project management, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
  • Provide mechanical expertise for engineering assessments and condition evaluations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working alongside engineers, architects, technologists, and specialized subconsultants across multiple offices.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and address their specific needs.
  • Interact with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance is integrated into project designs.
  • Lead or assist in proposal development, including scope definition and effort estimation.
  • Conduct site visits during project phases, including concept design and construction support.
  • Apply engineering principles and utilize relevant software tools effectively.
  • Mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering their professional growth.
