Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Discipline Lead, overseeing technical personnel within the Mechanical Discipline on various projects, including water treatment facilities and biogas systems.
  • Manage project design, internal coordination, and contract administration from initial concept through to completion.
  • Provide mechanical engineering expertise for studies and assessments related to project conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with engineers, architects, and specialists across all offices.
  • Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interact with regulatory bodies to integrate compliance into project designs.
  • Lead or assist in the preparation of proposals, including scope definition and effort estimation.
  • Conduct site visits to support various project phases, including design and construction.
  • Apply engineering fundamentals and utilize relevant software tools for project execution.
  • Mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering professional growth within the team.
