Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team at Golderado Contracting Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Safety: Develop and implement safety plans to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Equipment Operations: Supervise and coordinate the operation of heavy equipment, including excavators, backhoes, and graders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction workers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and is completed on time.
  • Communication: Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction operations, with a focus on heavy equipment operations and site safety.
  • Certifications: A heavy equipment operator certificate or equivalent, as well as a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Skills: Proficient English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
