Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Lead and manage a team of carpenters, cabinetmakers, and other tradespeople.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and methods to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including cost estimates and material requisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
