Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Equipment Specialist to join our team at Cell Tech Electronics. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment to ensure seamless communication services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to determine work assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training and Development: Instruct apprentices and provide guidance to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development within the team.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in telecommunications equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
