Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
