Agricultural Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to join our team at Wolfe Farms. As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our farm, including managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the efficient production of crops and livestock.
Key Responsibilities:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Remote location, Rural area
- Tasks: Handling animals, Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings, Manage overall operation of farm, Perform general farm duties, Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Initiative, Organized
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
- Support for Indigenous People: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
