Agricultural Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to join our team at Wolfe Farms. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for the overall management of our farm, including livestock and crop management, farm machinery maintenance, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the farm, including animal care, crop management, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise and train farm staff, including hiring and recruiting new employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- 1-2 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a remote location and rural area.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Permanent employment opportunity.

- 30-40 hours of work per week.
