Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialists to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for reinstating customers who have disconnected their accounts, conducting thorough account reviews, and offering customized solutions to meet their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues within established guidelines and policies to save customers.
  • Balance customer service skills with retention and sales.
  • Maintain a high level of competitiveness and product knowledge.
  • Provide quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and navigate multiple online tools and applications.
  • Meet or exceed performance metric goals for the program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Previous retention experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a call center environment is considered an asset.
  • Sales experience in internet, cable, wireless, etc. is an asset.
  • Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone.
  • Must reside in and legally be able to work in Canada.

Important Details:

  • You must have a dedicated and distraction-free workspace.
  • While working, your computer must be connected to your modem with an ethernet cable.
  • Your minimum internet speeds will need to be 15Mbps Download/5Mbps Upload.
  • You will need to supply your own headset with a microphone and a USB connection as well as a webcam for training.
