Job Title: Credit Analyst II

At The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada), we are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst II to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating credit risk for our clients, ensuring that our bank's assets are protected and our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate credit risk for commercial clients, including financial statement analysis and industry research
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored credit solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless credit decision-making and customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory requirements to ensure our bank's compliance and competitiveness
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial analysis or credit risk role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound credit decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in a language other than French, to support or deal with employees or colleagues who require services and support in a language other than French
