Job Title: Credit Analyst II

About the Role:

The Credit Analyst II is a key member of our Commercial Banking team, responsible for analyzing and managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts with moderate to high complexity. As a Credit Analyst II, you will work closely with a Relationship Manager to jointly manage a portfolio of approximately 60 accounts, providing credit writing, structuring credits, and risk management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and due diligence on potential clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored credit solutions
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to develop and implement credit strategies
  • Monitor and analyze credit risk, identifying potential issues and developing action plans to mitigate them
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on portfolio performance and credit risk

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in business or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or account management
  • Strong analytical and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in a language other than French (for supporting employees or colleagues who require services in a language other than French)
