## Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Administrator to join our team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information, including tenant details and maintenance requests
* Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs
* Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for properties
* Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders

## Requirements:

* Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and email
* Strong administrative skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Full-time position
* Training provided
