About the Role

Pentland's Prosthetic & Orthotic Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
