As a key member of our team, you will work on small to medium projects, assisting in maintaining a high level of service for the structural practice. You will also be responsible for growing our Special Projects team by working closely with the business development team and Entuitive's other special projects teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver special projects work, including attending client meetings, developing internal project budgets, and generating fee proposals.
  • Pursue special projects growth opportunities by attracting new clients, attending client meetings, and growing your network.
  • Be responsible for the financial performance of projects, monitoring internal project costs, and reviewing monthly invoicing to ensure budgets are maintained.
  • Mentor and train junior staff in technical aspects of structural design and practical aspects of project delivery.
Requirements
  • A degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering.
  • 7+ years of industry-related experience.
  • P.Eng. designation required.
  • Experience in business development and writing proposals.
  • Experience in structural design and/or construction engineering for buildings.
