Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
