Key Responsibilities- Patient Support
- Manage patient registration activities, data entry, and communication with healthcare providers
- Provide medical support, education, and guidance to patients and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with reimbursement specialists to secure funding for patient therapies
- Identify and report adverse events to regulatory bodies
- Stakeholder Interactions
- Liaise with physicians, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to provide coordinated service to patients and physicians
- Build relationships with key customers to ensure specifications and business requirements are met
- Operate as a liaison between vendors and manufacturers
- Key Requirements
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingualism preferred
- Strong computer and software skills, including Excel, Word, and CRM database entry
- 5-7 years of case/patient management experience or health service experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a winning customer service attitude
- Strong communication skills, bilingualism (E/F) an asset
- Flexibility to travel across North America (approx. 30% travel depending on site assignment)
