Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
* Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
* Plan and control budgets and expenditures.
* Supervise and train other workers.
* Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
* Oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
* Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
* Manage contracts.
* Answer electronic enquiries.
* Oversee the development of communication strategies.
* Compile data, statistics, and other information.
* Oversee the preparation of reports.
* Advise senior management.
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
* Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
* Oversee payroll administration.
* Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
* Perform data entry.
* Provide customer service.
* Recruit and hire staff.
* Maintain and manage digital databases.
* Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
* Supervise office and volunteer staff.
* Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
* Excellent oral communication skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Client-focused and results-driven.
