Technical Analyst

Iron Systems is a leading provider of innovative computing infrastructure platforms, serving customers with custom-built solutions for network servers, storage, OEM/ODM appliances, and embedded systems. With over 15 years of experience, our team has established a reputation for holistic design, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and global support services.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and the Supervisor of Digital Content to execute the change management process, including sessions for gathering business rules, providing gap analysis, and contributing to agile development.
- Liaise between development resources, the quality assurance team, and other applicable business units.
- Write reports, specifications, and create flowcharts to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Analyze information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements, and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
- Lead testing processes and work with the Quality Assurance Analyst to identify tests to be automated.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and working on project teams.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience directly related to technical analysis and programming.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with clients to analyze functional requirements, reviewing technical designs, and evaluating risks and predicting potential problems.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work on multidisciplinary teams and act as an intermediary between functional and technical resources.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and Excel Spreadsheets is highly valued.
- Experience working with government organizations and Content Management Systems such as Drupal is considered an asset.
