About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at SAM FASHION & DESIGNERS. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Order Merchandise: Place orders for inventory and merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for the sales team, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making sales recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Organize Inventory: Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and optimal storage.
  • Manage Cash: Handle cash transactions, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including benefits and deductions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or retail management.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and reliability.
Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor at SAM FASHION & DESIGNERS, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management. You will be required to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
